Eviction order stopped

A lady came into our help desk upset due to having just been served with an eviction order to leave her home.

As our team listened to her difficulties, they found out that she was also dealing with the recent death of her mother and was still in the middle of sorting out everything that comes with a bereavement. Having found out as much information as possible, our team leader contacted her landlord and was able to get them to agree to put a stop to the eviction order for the lady.
