Dianne Corson

Trustee

Dianne has lived in Stafford for over 10 years but is originally from Scotland. She recently retired having worked as a GP then an occupational health doctor. She is chair of the board of Trustees for Signposts Services. She volunteers for Signposts Services in various capacities including Team Leader for Open House which runs groups for over 65s to reduce social isolation. Dianne is a keen singer involved in several local choirs.

Mark Corson

Trustee

Mark is married to Dianne and has lived in Stafford for nearly 30 years. He retired from a career as an osteopath in 2019, running his own practice and teaching. He is team leader for Crash, the Signposts Services project that does practical works for people who need assistance. Mark is a keen cyclist (road and mountain) and loves to walk and ski, a foodie who has recently become vegan!

Grace Marshall

Trustee

Grace moved to Stafford with her husband Grante over 15 years ago, raising their two children here, alongside running her own business as a coach, trainer and author.

When she’s not travelling the country delivering workshops and speaking on productivity and work life wellbeing, she can usually be found singing at Rising Brook Community Church, running (very slowly) with Rising Brook Runners, or frequenting one of the many local coffee shops and tea rooms of Staffordshire.

Linda Stone

Trustee

Linda moved to Stafford 17 years ago. She started her professional life as a qualified social worker then discovered the joys of working in the third sector and has managed a number of different projects over the last 15 years, including the original Signpost Centre on Highfields. She currently juggles two jobs working for Christian’s Against Poverty (CAP) and Saltbox charity in Stoke.

She has 3 children who have now all flown the nest and is herself getting married in 2023. She is also Dianne’s sister! When not working, she enjoys singing at Rising Brook Community Church and wild water swimming!

 

Steve Eyton-Jones

Trustee

Steve was previously a Trustee of Rising Brook Community Projects, which merged into Signposts Services in 2020. He has worked in management within large IT companies & over the last few years run his own IT consultancy. Steve is married to Nicki and has 3 children & enjoys playing badminton and watching Wales playing rugby.

John Marshall

Trustee

John pastored a local church until he retired in 2014. He qualified as a primary school teacher and spent a total of 22 years in itinerant Christian ministry with Scripture Union then the Saltmine Trust. Married to Linda, they have two daughters and three grandchildren. They relax bird-watching in the wilderness areas of the UK. John is part of Love Stafford (the unity partnership for Christians in the town).
