If you are an individual or organisation that needs meeting rooms for a meeting or an activity then we may be able to help. Our rooms could be used for meetings, small receptions and conferences and birthday parties.
We are able to make our rooms available to groups who have the resources to pay us for their use.* We are using this as an opportunity to raise funds for our charitable work in the Highfields community.
We have a Large Meeting Room which will hold 12 around a table or 30 sitting in rows:
We have two small meeting rooms, suitable for two to four people max. One has windows and one has none. Both have phones.
We have a Cafe area which will seat 60 sitting in rows:
We have a Reception area which can be used as a breakout room and which could seat approximately 8 people:
We can offer for a small extra charge a Digital Projector with Screen and a TV with built in DVD Player. We have Wi-Fi on site which you can use. A flip chart stand is available, but please bring your own paper.
There is a photocopier available on site.
Rooms are available during our normal opening hours but priority and a discount will be given to groups who use the rooms to provide services directly to our service users and residents of the Highfields Community.
